I don't know what the steps were, but I do know that those mushrooms were amanita muscaria, which is poisonous and psychoactive, but can sometimes be an almost-safe edible if you boil the toxins from them.
i dont think this was particularly sick or uncomfortable to watch. and the nudity was in no way shocking. the music added a creepiness and yes it was a v eccentric video, but hardly disturbing, some peeps are too easily freaked out.

She looked in her mirror on the wall and saw bloody Mary. She smashed the mirror with her hair brush and looked under the bed. Nothing. Then the light flickered and went out. She thought that the light bulb had just died. She was completely wrong. "I told you to run Sara, but you did not. I told you i would kill, you, and your life ends here." Sara turned around and saw a Girl wrapped in chains with blood dripping down her face. The girl, she guessed, was Mary. She belived now. It's fly agaric- a halucinogenic mushroom from europa and asia. He is tripping balls. I've seen worse. Try watching any Lars Von Trier movie all the way through.
I don't think it should be considered "WTF" if it's clearly *intended* to be weird and trippy. Just my opinion... the intent takes the shock value out of it.
