This is a commercial for Asatsumi Rose Water, a company that made rose flavored health drinks in Japan. Apparently since the commercial aired the company has gone out of business, I guess showing a model chomping on a flower wasn't a good marketing ploy.
The girl is Maki Nishiyama, she was also in a commercial for a cell phone with an 8 foot tall dish of ice cream. You can check that out too... that is if you're into that sort of thing.
