Believe it or not, this is only the second best 1970s Japanese children's TV show about a half animal half human dictator. The best is Kamen Rider X's Starfish Hitler.

this is really disturbing, I feel like if you made this only a slight bit more serious that it would be considered an award winning documentary exposing the tyranny suffered in some country.
